They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. The images can evoke many different emotions that is a representation of all the words we choose to say or not. The photos also represent ourselves and how we see the world. Photography really is a medium which has the potential to convey our thoughts and feelings. And it’s through the eyes of the photographer, and their lens, can capture those images.

In episode 79, Genny spoke with Chantelle Dione Enns, a portrait and wedding photographer since 2013. An empowerment photographer as well, Chantelle shared her story of how she got started in photography by taking photos of rescue dogs. That experience led her to take photos of people, then weddings, and now boudoir, branding and her 40 over 40 project, that celebrates the images and stories of women over 40.

Chantelle also offers a mentoring service to entrepreneurs to help them share their voice and their story. It’s continuing that theme of empowerment, which she is so passionate about and that is so important to her.
