Andrea shared the story of her mother who passed away after a short battle with an aggressive form of digestive cancer. Hindsight being what it is, they didn’t pay attention to the symptoms that lead up to the diagnosis. That impacted Andrea to the point where she wanted to learn more about how nutrition affects our bodies, how exercise can also help our digestive system, what symptoms to watch for, and tips on how to maintain our overall health through breathing, meditation, and reducing stress in our lives.

She also shared that “eating the rainbow” and eating whole natural foods plus including healthy fat in our diets can increase our energy levels and improve our health.
