Joshua is a Service-Disabled Naval Veteran with over a decade of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS roles. He is a published unmanned systems researcher and a certified unmanned pilot on multiple platforms. At ICARUS, Joshua and his team sync advanced technologies with the fundamental practices of public safety to increase community safety overall. They’ve created an IADLEST (International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards & Training) accredited UAS training course for public safety professionals that focuses on operator integration and knowledge.

He was the architect of the first IADLEST (International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training) NCP UAS Course. His background of dedication and service allows for the expertise to fly, develop, and integrate UAS methodologies with the years of operational experience needed to ensure success.
