Her relentless hustle and passion for fusing community with marketing inspired the dual vision for her award-winning company, PlanIt Sound Inc. - “to actively engage with our thriving community, while helping to grow the business brands of high-profile organizations through the power of high-quality creative video, musical anthems and special events.” Rowena is also the President-Elect with the International Live Events Association (ILEA) and her most important title is that of mother, to her two boys, Red and Graymoor, and life and business partner, to her husband RJ.

Rowena has based her life's mission and business on the "why" - helping people connect in meaningful ways via community events. Bringing people together is Rowena's passion, and with her partner's help, she brings it to life in many different forms, from fundraisers to parties to making albums with at-risk youth as a creative outlet. Rowena is a driven, fun, passionate person whose contagious laugh and great energy makes this episode one to remember.
