Your 265 Best Friends - How to Befriend Your Emotions

How many best friends do you have? One . . . maybe two . . . or heck maybe five (those are lucky duck friends to all have you).
Whatever that answer is for you, I want you to add 265 to that number, because you actually have 265 more best friends that are there for you 24-7, they always have been and always will. AND as a big bonus, you don't have to worry about socially distancing from any of them.
So who are these 265 long lost friends you might ask? I am glad you brought it up because I want to introduce them to you. They are your emotions. Yep, anger, frustration, boredom, joy, happiness, all of those emotions are there to help you each and every day.
