We believe our listeners and clients deserve transparency about how artificial intelligence is used in our production process.
We use AI-powered tools to improve production quality and workflow efficiency, but not to replace human creativity or judgment.
For audio enhancement, we may use tools such as Descript Sound Studio, Waves Regen, and Adobe Enhance Speech to reduce noise and improve clarity.
Every podcast is still edited by ear by a human producer. AI assists with technical cleanup such as echo or background noise —it does not make editorial decisions.
For transcription and discoverability, we use tools such as Otter.ai and custom AI-assisted workflows, including a beta-tested script powered by Claude, to help generate transcripts, episode titles, descriptions, chapter markers, and show notes that improve search engine optimization (SEO). All published metadata is reviewed and edited by a human before release.
We do not use AI to generate, clone, reproduce, or imitate the voices of our hosts, guests, or voiceover talent. Every voice you hear in a Sound Off Media Company production belongs to a real person who knowingly participated in the creation of that content.
Some podcasts may include programmatic advertising inserted automatically by third-party advertising platforms. We cannot guarantee whether those advertisements contain AI-generated voices or other AI-generated creative elements because they are supplied by external ad providers. Those advertisements are not produced or controlled by Sound Off Media Company. If we had the ability to prohibit AI-generated advertising within those systems, we would.
Technology continues to evolve, and so will our production tools. Our commitment remains unchanged: to use AI only where it improves quality or efficiency while preserving authentic human voices, editorial oversight, and responsible storytelling.
