Alena & Mariah Talk Body Work, Somatic Release, the Elements & Rattlesnakes!

My name is Mariah! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.  

I live in Grampian, PA and love spending time with my animals outside! 

I practice Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal massage as well as Myofascial Release, Somatic Release Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki! Most of my sessions incorporate more than one thing naturally.  

I started massage in 2017 because I wanted to help heal and connect people to their bodies. A lot of what I do is intuitive, and my goal is always to help the client learn to work with themselves on giving their body what it wants and needs to be happy and healthy! Recently I've really been leaning in to trauma work, and providing a safe space for people to release what's been stored in their bodies from physical or mental trauma has been really important and powerful work for me. 

I lead a Full Moon Women's Circle to provide a safe space for women to connect with, support, and celebrate each other! I also do events like 'Massage and Movement' and Somatic Release Circles! Or for more in depth extended work, look in to my retreats! Contact me for more information!
