48. Ishkode - A New Way To Dine on Hue Soundbytes

We get introduced to a new way of dining, learning about history, people and food back in time. Ishkode features the work of Indigenous chefs that are trying to put their culture and food into the forefront of foodies and restauranteurs. This event is part of Festival du Voyageur Winnipeg's largest winter festival at the beautiful St. Boniface City Hall Building.
