Finally, recognition for composting

Kevin Klein moved a motion on more than one occasion requesting the City of #Winnipeg to develop a program to encourage home composting.

Klein also asked council members to delay any decision on landfill gas use to allow an appropriate amount of time for people to review details in more depth.
