On Christmas Eve, 2008, the Ortega family gathered for their annual holiday celebration. Laughter and cheer suddenly turned into screams and terror when a man dressed in a Santa suit arrived at the Ortega home and opened fire on the unsuspecting family. Dirtbag, Bruce Pardo, was motivated by greed and revenge when he attacked his ex-wife and her family. However, things didn't go as planned and Bruce met his own fate soon afterwards. This heartbreaking episode will make you want to hug your family a little bit tighter this Christmas season.
