Dressed to Kill: Ana Trujillo
Ana Trujillo became known as the 'Stiletto Shoe Killer' after brutally attacking her on-again, off-again, boyfriend, Stefan Andersson, in 2013. Ana would claim that she was only defending herself against a rage-filled, jealous partner when she murdered Stefan with the heel of her 5.5 inch blue suede stiletto shoe. However, as investigators dug a little deeper, they realized that the evidence began to speak for itself and told a very different story.
