Temper Tantrum: Scott Andrew Mink
Scott Andrew Mink's actions on September 20, 2000, can only be described as a drug and rage fueled temper tantrum. When Scott didn't get his way, he lashed out and brutally murdered the two people who loved him the most - his parents, William and Sheila Mink.
