Q & A's continued - Lifted Heels in Downward Dog: Is this normal??
There are many reasons why our heels don't touch the ground in Downward Dog, and none of these reasons mean we aren't doing the pose right!
I have noticed that when I do a Downward dog, my heels do not touch the ground - why is this??
