Sukasana or sitting with legs crossed is a familiar pose to most of us, and even though it is referred to as easy pose, its not always as simple as it seems.

Sukasana or cross-legged pose is often referred to as easy pose. This yoga posture has many potential benefits for the body and the mind. For the body, it helps encourage good posture in addition to lengthening the spine and back muscles.
