The Start of a Sun Salute - Prayer Pose
Prayer pose is the yoga pose that we encounter as we embark into a sun salute.
I have titled this episode “prayer pose” as the start of us embarking on a little adventure in our yoga journey. We are going to journey into each component or pose that make up a complete sun salute beginning with prayer pose!
