67 - Thank You For Being My Friend

67 - Thank You For Being My Friend

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.

In episode 67, Genny spoke about a social media post that her friend Joanne shared where she

talked about her circle of wisdom; friends she’s known for a lifetime. Joanne also mentioned

her circle of entrepreneurs; women that she’s met through the Made to Grow Group.

Genny reflected on her friendships, and spoke about how people come into your life for a

reason, a season, or a lifetime. People might be there to help you with a problem or support

you or teach you a lesson (reason). They might not always be in contact with you but the bonds

of friendship are still strong (season). And they might be lifelong friends like the ones Joanne

spoke about (lifetime).

Genny also spoke about the importance of valuing your friendships; showing your appreciation

and telling them how much they mean to you. Something as simple as saying, “thank you for

being my friend” might make the world of difference to someone you care about.
