What is spirituality? According to the dictionary, it’s a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than ourselves. Something more to being human than sensory experience, and that the greater whole of which we are part of it is cosmic or divine in nature. As January is the beginning of a new year, it’s an opportunity to take stock of our inner selves and grow in a spiritual way.
In episode 82, Genny spoke with Sarah Hauch, a Modern Mystery School Guide, Teacher, Energy Healer and Ritual Master. An EnSofic Reiki instructor as well, she is also the founder and co-owner of Temple 23, a wellness centre in the Exchange District that offers spiritual healing, meditation, training, and classes plus home and office wellness offerings.
Sarah shared her journey and experience of how she became involved with spirituality and healing, and shared a lot of information about the Modern Mystery School and how that changed her life. She also shared how and why she founded Temple 23.
Sarah also spoke about the importance of meditation, of finding those moments of stillness, and of incorporating joy in your life.
