When you give someone a "high five", it can be to celebrate a win, praise someone for something they did, or encourage someone to keep going. Slapping your hand against someone else's hand is sharing your energy with that person, and it's usually accompanied by a huge smile and sometimes with the phrase "way to go". Little did we know that we could do it with ourselves and for ourselves.

Genny shares her thoughts from the book "The High 5 Habit" by Mel Robbins. She mentions how the simple act of touching the mirror and giving yourself a "high 5" every morning has changed her in a very positive way.
