There Really Is No Balance

This week, Alexandra discusses the idea of finding balance during the grief process. Fifty-fifty balance doesn’t really exist because here are so many moving parts and that is okay. It is also okay to take one thing at a time, having grace for ourselves and not getting caught up in all the things we are not getting done.
